Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your items so they arrive safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to your home.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
During peak seasons, special launches, or handmade item releases, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • Local Delivery / Pickup (if offered): Same day or next business day

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days*, depending on customs processing

*International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout as soon as your package is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection depends on the most efficient and economical option for your destination.


Damages & Issues

We care deeply about your experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  1. Email us within 72 hours at jayme@biofieldexpert.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product

  3. We’ll take care of you quickly with a replacement or store credit


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Look for alternative drop spots (porch, side door, mailbox)

  • Contact the carrier directly for GPS confirmation

We’re always happy to assist where we can.


Preorders & Backordered Items

If an order contains preorder or restocked items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship. If you'd like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.


International Customers

We gladly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs fees and import taxes vary by country

  • We cannot control or predict these fees

  • Delays due to customs are outside our control


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package returns to us, reshipping fees will apply.
